Type (Purchase Requisition) Select Action Type.

In the Action Type select voting method as “First Responder Wins” and click on the Apply button.
b) Add Condition: Req total is greater than 5000 USD.

c) Action Type- HR Position level.


Action Selected: Require approvals up to first two positions up.

Requisition is in Approved Status as only <Chain_of_Auth1> has approved and <Chain_of_Auth2>is
yet to take any action on the Approval Notification.
In “First Responder Wins” voting method, whoever responds to the notification first, his decision
will be the final. Either Approve or Reject.
In the action history following note will be appended for the approver who did not
respond to the notification “Requisition has been approved by other approver”. The action
will be “No action taken”.

8) Notification of <Chain_of_Auth2> after <Chain_of_Auth1> approves the Req:


The status of the notification is changed to “Cancelled”.
