PT. Kawasaki Indonesia successfully released a pair of new motorcycles called Ninja ZX 25R on July
10, 2020 in Jakarta. Ninja ZX 25R is divided into two types, namely ABS and NON ABS. The
production code for ABS type is ZX250G, while NON ABS type is ZX250F. These motorbikes are a
type of a sport motorbike with a capacity of 250cc and inline 4 cylinder engine. Meanwhile, for 250
cc, it is a rounding off of a 249.8 cc engine capacity.
The name of the ABS (anti lock brake system) itself is a security feature on the front and rear wheels
that is useful for preventing the wheels from locking when suddenly braked in order to minimize
accidents. While the standard version does not have this feature, so make a very large difference
difficult to compare.
In the abs type itself, additional features and accessories are embedded, namely KQS (kawasaki quick
shifter) which makes acceleration and deceleration easier and more comfortable without being
required to press the clutch lever continuously when raising/lowering gears. There are also additional
accessories for the abs type such as stripping on the motor body which is not owned by the standard
type kawasaki ninja ZX25R.
The name ZX itself is a code for a motorcycle with an inline 4 cylinder engine, like other types of
motors, namely ZX636, ZX10R etc.
There are various color choices for ABS type such as Lime Green / Ebony KRT, Pearl Flatdust White
and Candy Plasma Blue. However, NON ABS type only provides one color, namely plain black
(metallic black spark).
Despite of those differences, it's not easy to tell the difference between the abs & std types. We can
see first from the prices of these two types of motorbikes which are certainly different. for the abs
type itself it is priced at Rp.112.800.000, while the std type is only Rp.96.000 .000.
