Introduction

The company of the Wilson brothers is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to act as

a liaison with human resources officials within the department. It is essential to find a qualified

processes within the Human Resources Department, such as succession planning,

performance management, policy formation, etc., it is necessary to find a candidate who can

support the Manager in all areas.

One possibility could have been internal consideration, but since the company has not started

several human resource practices necessary for its growth and development faster, it seems

unlikely that they would be able to secure an appropriate candidate in the firm. Therefore, it is

better to get candidates out of the way, as this will give them a very new and fresh perspective

on many of the processes needed, and they'll be able to view things from a unique perspective.

To make sure the company can attract enough applicants and is able to select an appropriate

candidate for its administrative assistant vacancy, it would be best if they advertised the position

by means of three different web sites: LinkedIn, Facebook and Indeed.ca.

We are looking for:

Young & dynamic persons specialized in administrative, financial, personnel, and clerical

functions supporting to the Director of HR and unit staff

Main Responsibilities:

 • Handles and maintains the agenda, plans travel, and organises meetings, conference

calls, and appointments on the Manager's behalf.

 • Plans and manages unit staff meetings and conference calls, as well as special project

teams and working groups.

 Maintains and updates the administrative, financial and personnel resources materials.

• Assists with word processing and daily reporting.

• Facilitates the movement of documents/information to and from the unit while also ensuring

financial integrity and consistency by regulating purchase and payment authority, receipt of

goods and services, requisitions, account reconciliation, and travel accounts in compliance with

policy.

• Purchases and maintains administrative, financial, and human resource items such as

manuals, rules and directives, regulations, monthly reports, and supply catalogues.

• Assists with and offers word processing and transcribing services for briefings, memorandums,

reports, and other documents. Documents are prepared, produced, and processed. Purchases

and organises for services like printing and translation.

• Performs Internet searches and looks for fresh data sources.

• Gathers data and information from websites and collects, gathers, and downloads it.

Key Skills Required for an ideal candidate are:

 Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Ward, Excel, and PowerPoint

 Keyboarding- 60 wpm

 Minimum of l year of administrative experience in medium to large office environment

 Excellent interpersonal skills

 Client Service Orientation

very important as it shows what the candidate wants to achieve and where the candidate

wished to go soon. This might be one of the criteria used to exclude or screen resumes.

followed by your most recent work experience, listed at the top of the application, to the bottom.

The experience list should be followed by educational qualifications and certifications that the

candidate possesses and then followed by reference of their peers / superiors of current
