‘There are two basic variants of the Impact torpedo: one
for air launch from fixed- or rotary-wing aircraft and
fitted with a tail parachute, and another for ship launch
The latter will be integrated with the Franco/Italian
MILAS ASW missile system. It will also be compatible
with the current Mk 32 torpedo tube. Additionally,

was designing a new torpedo tube, designated K69.
which would also be able to handle the U.S. Mk 46
torpedo,
The torpedo also includes a built-in test system and an
automatic test bench for easy testing of the system.
Furthermore, it can be equipped with an exercise head,
recovery system, 3D range tracking system, or solid-
state memory recorder. Drill and dummy versions are
available as well.
