Why do you want to become a better teacher?

As you take your priority steps to growth, it’s good to reflect first on why
you want to become a better teacher.
I want to inspire learners and lead them to the right path for the betterment of
their future. I know myself that teaching is a calling for me, it is my passion,
therefore, though I am facing various challenges in this field, I am not going to
give up.

Describe the type of teacher you want to grow into

Check again your GGG Worksheet. Look into your answers and identify
those competencies you want to improve on. These will be your learning
goals to become a better teacher.
A teacher who are checking new changes in new education
environment,understanding how to implement the curriculum, updating myself
on new educational trends, using research-based knowledge and studying
educational policies and how they affect my teaching.

● engaging in social learning group to develop my social skills,
brainstorming regarding in development pf teaching skills esp. in area of
specialization
