Roles and Responsibilities:

 Daily work place monitoring and implementation of spot corrective measures.

Identification & Elimination of Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition for Safe working
 Implementation of basic Safety like PTW, Tool Box Talk, LOTO.
 Issuing the work permits after the deep observation of the site.
 Arrange safety training for all employees on regular basis and keep record of the same.
 Monitoring of fire extinguishers and Fire hydrant system, Conduct Safety Training
programs on fire fighting.
 Rescue operations like Mock Drills & On site Emergency.
 Successfully identifying/ addressing / reporting the Incidents & Near Misses and
deeply analyzing and taking Corrective & Preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
Root cause analysis for Incidents.
  Updating & Maintaining of Legal & Statutory Records w.r.t to Factories Dept.,
Pollution control Board, Local Statutory bodies.
 Conducting Plant safety inspections review and follow up for implementation.

 Improving the PPE compliance in all sections of the plant.

 Preparing monthly EHS presentation.
 Preparing/Updating the SOPs and MSDS .
 Conducting Risk assessment and reducing the risk by applying the suitable hazard control

 Coordinating the statutory inspection of lifting machines, lifting tackles, EOT crane and
Pressure vessels.
 Conducting PSSR for critical equipment’s like Reactors etc.
 Monitoring of Oxygen and LEL detectors in the plant and calibration of detectors.
 Coordinating Environmental monitoring (Ambient air quality, Stack monitoring, noise)
within the plant premises. Sending the LTDS and HTDS to JETL as per PCB norms.
 Disposing of hazardous waste to authorized cement factories and maintaining the
records for all hazardous
 Planning and conducting safety promotional activities such as National safety day,
World Environment day etc.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

 Completed Industrial safety from Connect IT Solutions affiliated to State Board of

Technical Education & Training Govt. of Telangana with 67% Course is in
Accordance with TS/AP Factories Rules, 1950 R/u 61(A).
 Completed B Tech (ECE) from Kshatriya College of Engineering (Affiliated to
JNTU Hyderabad) with 66.58%
 Completed Intermediate (MPC) from Sri Narayana Junior College with 93.4%.
 Completed SSC from ZPHS-Dubbak With 84.6%
 Trained First Aider from St. John Ambulance
