This is to certify the mode of transportation from Palayan City to Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija
to wit:
1. Jeepneys are for the barangays along the highway only.

2. The barangay schools like Bugnan ES, Bagong Sikat ES, Tagumpay ES, and Gawad
Kalinga ES can be reached by tricycle from the highway.

This certification is issued for the liquidation purposes of my travel expenses.
