1. In line with the DO 42, S. 2016 – POLICY GUIDELINES ON DAILY LESSON

PREPARATION FOR THE K TO 12 BASIC EDUCATION PROGRAM.
2. Planning lessons is fundamental to ensuring the delivery of teaching and learning in schools.
These guidelines aim to support teachers in organizing and managing their classes and
lessons effectively and efficiently and ensure the achievement of learning outcomes.
3. This is to announce the Schedule of Checking of Daily Lesson Plan (DLP) or Daily Lesson
Logs (DLL) of teachers indicated in the enclosure.
4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is desired.

MID-YEAR BREAK ACTIVITIES FOR TEACHERS AND OTHER SCHOOL

PERSONNEL

1. As per DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022, or the "School Calendar and Activities for
School Year 2022-2023" the School Year shall consist of 203 days inclusive of the
five-day mid-year break.
2. It shall be spent for the conduct of Mid-year Performance Review and Evaluation and
the School Learning Action Cell entitled “Strengthening Child Protection Policy and
Positive Discipline in Everyday Teaching”
3. The objective of this activity are as follows:
a. To review the performance of teachers and school staff to address
concerns thru cooperative efforts.
b. to help teachers apply a positive discipline approach in classroom
management.
c. The aim of this training session is to raise awareness of child protection
and safeguarding in classrooms.
4. To ensure success of this activity ALL Teachers are required to attend and fully
participate in this five-day activity.
4. Attached to this memorandum are the following enclosures: 
a. Enclosure 1: Training Matrix 
b. Enclosure 2: SLAC Role Organizer 
c. Enclosure 3: SLAC Engagement Report Form
