2. Discuss the factors which affect blood pressure
Blood volume, the increase in blood volume the increase in pressure due its pass against
the wall of the arteries.
Cardiac output, the product of heart rate and stroke volume. The more the cardiac
output increases the more blood pressure increases.
Vessel elasticity, the decrease of vessel elasticity (arteriosclerosis) the more the blood
pressure will increases.
Peripheral resistance, compose of blood viscosity, blood vessel diameter and total
vessel length. As they get increase blood pressure also increases.
