REFLECTION ON THE ACTIVITY

When our professor assigned us the task of reviewing the various DepEd Memos if it was
anchored in the subject we were teaching. I pondered why it needed to be reviewed if it had
been incorporated in the curriculum guide and there was nothing you could do to change it.
However, as a result of this, my understanding of the DepEd memoranda that are being
delivered to us has increased much more. Due to the fact that we are implementing it and it is
already part of the curriculum, I gained a lot of information in this activity that was given to us
that I had never learned before as well as information that I had already known for a long time.
This offers us a chance to review the curriculum guide we are using, and as a result, I observed
a lot of things that need to be modified, especially in other objectives that are covered by the
curriculum guide and I came to the conclusion that it has to be improved in order to be
relevant and fit into the current curriculum. I've reached an understanding that they should
probably carefully review each aim and sub-objective before delivering a memorandum to us
to ensure that there are no inconsistencies.
