BROWNIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 sticks unsalted butter
• 1 1/2 cups white sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups wheat flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 large tablet of dark chocolate
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder

PREPARATION:
• 1. Place the butter together with the sugar
in the mixer and beat until the mixture is
creamy.
• 2. Add the eggs, vanilla and continue
beating until all the ingredients are
incorporated
• 3. In a separate bowl, combine the cocoa
powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Close
them all.
4. Combine the two preparations by placing
the dry on top of the wet little by little.
Continue beating.
• 5. Melt the chocolate bar carefully without
burning it.
• 6. In the previous mixture and beat until a
homogeneous mixture is achieved.
• 7. Grease a mold, place waxed paper on
the butter, glue the edges well.
• 8. Bake at 160°C for 20 minutes or until a
toothpick comes out clean.
