DEANNE’S AGENCY
This Agreement made on this day ______ of __________/ ______ by and between _____________________
of _________________________________________________________________ (Client address) and this
agreement shall continue in full force and effect from the date on which both parties sign it hereto. It is hereby
agreed by the parties that this contract is also applicable for any other movie/series/advertisements that the
agency will select the client for.
This agreement will automatically be renewed each year, and shall continue thereafter in full force and effect
until terminated at any time by either party giving the other one (1) month notice in writing to terminate this
agreement.
The agency will have negotiated with the companies/productions for you and payment will be made to Deanne’s
Agency directly then payment will be made to you (the client) within three (3) to five (5) working days and in the
currency in which payment was made. If payment is made to you then payment should be directly to me Deanne
Chang in cash or via bank transfer. The payment to the agency is a 30% fee of the total amount you are paid for
the role.
