DEED OF AGREEMENT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that DOMINGA NICOLAS, of legal age, Filipino, widower and a
bonafide resident of Barangay San Vicente, Barcelona, Sorsogon.

Further certifies that Mrs. Nicolas pawned her owned Agricultural Land (Coco Farm)
which is located at Purok 2, Barangay Sta. Lourdes, Barcelona, Sorsogon in the amount of One
Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php100,000.00) to Mrs. AIRA ESMERIA HAPI, of legal age,
Filipino, married and a bonafide resident of Barangay Sta. Lourdes, Barcelona, Sorsogon.

Acknowledge and received the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php50,000.00) as partial
payment in front of the witnesses to wit:
