Section 9: Remarks & Recommendation:

1. Linearity check of stream no. 2 & stream no. 3 performed using master turbine meter. Although turbine master meter
could not be calibrated using unidirectional prover loop due to faults in prover skid.

We are waiting for the Sphere ball to arrive in order to perform again the linearity check.

2. Prover sphere of unidirectional prover found in damaged condition, and it should be replaced at earliest in order to
commence the operational meter proving operation to maintain metering system uncertainty.

Same as the previous answer.

3. Contact Emerson or Maloney (Sphere Manufacturer) for selecting the correct type and size of prover sphere.

Already done. And relevant EROM was created.

4. If necessary, carry out waterdraw calibration of unidirectional prover once it is repaired.

Will be discussed with oil movement team.

5. Emerson SME recommends that turbine master meter linearity check should be performed prior to commence the
normal meter proving operation once unidirectional prover is repaired and available.

Will be carried one once we receive the Sphere ball.

6. Emerson SME recommends that normal meter stream linearity should be checked again once master turbine meter is
re-calibrated by using unidirectional prover.

Will be carried one once we receive the Sphere ball.

7. Valve integrity checks should be performed regularly prior to initiate meter proving operation. Minor leakage in outlet
valve of proving stream and prover off-take valve of other meter stream affect the proving volume measured by master
meter or unidirectional prover during proving operation. MF calculated in this scenario will be incorrect and if accepted lead
to more uncertainty in the fiscal measurement.

Valve integrity is being performed each time. However, relevant EROM has been created to replace the seals for
the valves which failed to pass the integrity test.

8. Follow the correct proving & batching operational procedure to avoid any reporting issue in future. Refer procedures
submitted with this report.

Correct proving and batching operations are being carried out as per operational procedure as well as API
guidelines.

9. Follow correct manufacturer’s procedure to store, replace and maintain prover sphere in healthy condition. Refer
procedures submitted with this report.

Well noted.

10. Fast loop densitometer (DT-601) is very important for metering purpose. All the metering calculations in all the flow
computer uses live observed density received from this densitometer. All other densitometer (DT-101 to DT-501) fitted on
respective meter stream are only for monitoring purpose.

Noted

11. Emerson SME recommends installing another densitometer at fast loop sampler skid for redundancy and calibration of
these redundant densitometer must be maintain.
The defected densitometer has been replaced with a new type which meets our crude oil specifications as per
OEM recommendations.
The skid was designed and installed by the OEM, and they have decided to install only one density meter on the
line. Moreover, we still have the possibility to manually enter the value of the density which is obtained from the offshore
LAB.

12. Liquid ultrasonic 3800 Mark-III electronics is obsolete and further support in supplying electronic spares is not
guaranteed and will continue as available. Emerson SME strongly recommends upgrading ultrasonic electronics to new
version to 3810 electronics. Refer obsolescence announcement dated 28 June 2021.

Replacing and upgrading the system requires a budget study. These meters are expensive. A good example of
this is the 8 transducers which are installed on each LUFM (Liquid ultrasonic flow meter), each sensor worths about
10,000 USD, the internal boards are more than 10000 USD.

13. Operating system (Windows 2007) of DeltaV control system hardware is obsolete and Emerson SME recommends
immediate upgrade of DeltaV metering system in order to continue smooth and correct metering operation. Any hardware
failure at DeltaV metering system results in managing metering operations via flow computer system which is not an easy
task at all.

As we have mentioned earlier, upgrading the system requires a budget study. We have experienced a problem
with one of the working stations and as per local distributor each server costs about 150,000 USD and we are using two
of these servers. In our point of view, we keep this in servers now.
