Dear Mayor Abby Binay,

Good morning, Mayor! My name is Elijah Ethanli D. Escondo, and I am a fully online Bachelor
of Science in Information Technology student at Mapua University. Here, we're attempting to
comprehend how code works as it spreads over the world. I'm studying technology to better
comprehend it. My recommendation in approaching you, Makati City Mayor, is that I want you
to help me create ideas for how to tackle the disease using information, technology, and
computers.
According to my study, Makati City's CoViD-19 reaction has been implemented as of April
2022. The city supplied admittance kits and free meals to CoViD-19 patients, as well as paid for
the deceased's cremation. The local administration has also provided free transportation, lodging,
medications, and hazard payment, according to the city's staff and healthcare. A scientific and
technology-based method can be used to tackle CoViD-19 difficulties. I advocate implementing
a cutting-edge technology solution that has shown to be successful in Venice. Finally, the city
must employ Ultraviolet sensors to detect filth and viruses that are invisible to the naked eye.
Because of the outcomes, I believe this circumstance will bolster CoViD-19's response even
more. The budget increase implies that supporting the healthcare system has been a long-
standing economic challenge. Meeting the SDG objectives for universal health care (UHC) in
low- and middle-income countries like the Philippines, according to the World Health
Organization, will necessitate an additional USD 370 billion (or 19,405,760 billion) in yearly
financing for primary health care. It is noteworthy when compared to the purchase and usage of
automated door openers for public transportation and the use of Ultraviolet equipment in both
government and non-government enterprises.
We now assume Mayor Binay and the rest of the local administration will take the thoughts and
proposals into consideration. In that situation, Makati Metropolis may be the next golden city,
with people smiling and accepting everyday survival. Even a year ago, the epidemic proved to be
no "impossible challenge." We view it as a chance to speed the change to safe and secure cities,
defending mankind and the planet's future, based on concepts from The Ideal City, our cookbook
for planning, creating, living, and sharing better cities.
Finally, I'd want to emphasize my wish for us to face the difficulties surrounding the city's
protection as a collective opportunity. I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read the letter
on the issue and prevention of CoViD-19 as the relevance and condition of the community's
safety and prevention. This letter is intended to commend and support the local government's
efforts to battle the COVID-19 virus.
Sincerely,
Elijah Ethanli D. Escondo
