FINAL PERFORMANCE Accomplishments of KRAs and


RESULTS Objectives

Note:

Full-fledged School Heads handling nine (9) teachers and above shall include all
the five (5) objectives per office KRA in their OPCRF/IPCRF as a standard measure of
their performance rating.

The OIC/TIC of the Multi-Grade and Combination schools handling eight (8)
teachers and below can choose whether they indicate at least three (3) objectives
per office KRA in their OPCRF/IPCRF as a consideration to the situation of the school
or they can also choose to have all the five (5) objectives per KRA in their
OPCRF/IPCRF.

The OIC/TIC with an Outstanding Performance Rating shall include all the five (5)
objectives per office KRA in their OPCRF/IPCRF

* The Plus Factor is an additional KRA that is not covered by the standard duties and
responsibilities. The weight on the plus factor shall not exceed the weight of the
highest mandated KRA.
