Important Notes:
1. All installments must be paid on or before 10th of every month.
2. All extra charges will be paid within 180 days from the date of booking.
EXTRA CHARGES
3. That the cost of premises does not include Sales Tax, Government levies, Ground Rent, Sub-Lease /
Sale Deed execution charges, Documentation Charges, Development Charges inclusive of all Corner 150,000
taxes. Connection and meter charges/deposite of electricity, gas, water, sewerage charges and West Open 125,000
Loan Processing Charges. Such charges/expenses including any miscellenous expenses which may
be incurred by the owner in fulfilling the formalities of various department shall be paid by the Allottee Road Facing 125,000
in cash on demand.
