Problem Statement
The Registrar's Office at UCW provides many services and they have different work processes.
They are looking for a digital transformation plan to use the recent digital technologies to
improve the quality of their processes. They asked you to follow the digital transformation
project and develop their digital transformation plan.

You need to follow these steps to develop the plan.

1- Writing the introduction
Please provide your answer for the following questions for Managers of this department
