the calibration curve of different Cu concentrations against emission intensity. Calculation


forRooibos 1:
y = 226364x + 2701

67684.96231= 226364x +2701


x = 0.287
m= 0.287077284 mg/L x 0.05 L

= 0.01435mg × 1000

= 14.35 µg

= 14.35 µg/ 0.3043 g

= 47.17 µg/g

The calculations for the masses of elements for all the tea samples were done using the same
method as the above. The mass values are shown bellow.
