As a FRONT OFFICE MANAGER of the Nalagi Hotel, I am writing this letter of Reccomendation
Of Laniana Nadroi for any Manager Role in the Housekeeping Department. I believe that she will be apt
for this role.

An educated individual who has completed Certificates in Hospitality in travel and Tourism from a reputed
institution, she worked for Nalagi for 5 years and she has the most unique and efficient ideas I have ever
seen.

She is extremely reliable person and dedicated to her job. She checks the work done by the housekeeping
minutely and ensure that the organization is kept neat and tidy.

She is extremely professional and I never had a single chance to complain. The Clients were all happy and
satisfied with her service. She built a good reputation and shared a great rapport with all of them.

She has all the necessary qualities of a good Housekeeping supervisor or a good Housekeeper including
the ability to create employee schedules, give regular reports to the higher authority, inspect rooms and
other areas of cleaniness, and of course, hire, training and discipline staff.
Manager has resigned, also she is part of the HOD (head of Department).

I strongly urge you to consider her as your next Housekeeping manager and I am pretty sure that she will
prove herself to be a valuable asset to your organization as well.
