SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That WE, DIONESIO DOSDOS, of legal age, Filipino citizen and resident of Managase,
Tabogon, Cebu, Philippines and Saturnina Marikit Dosdos, of legal age, Filipino
citizen, widow and resident of Managase, Tabogon, Cebu, Philippines, do hereby name
and constitute JOHNNY REY AGUILAR and KATRINA P. RODRIGO, likewise both
of legal age, Filipino citizens, and residents of Bogo City, Cebu, to be my true and
lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me and in my name, place and stead to the following
acts and things, to wit:

1. To represent us before the Registry of Deeds, Bureau of Internal revenue, Cebu City and any
government agencies in connection with the filing and/or payment of Estate Tax, Capital
Gain Tax and other transfer taxes pertaining to a parcels of land registered under the name
of the late JUAN DOSDOS and to receive Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR).

2. To sign, request and claim a Certified True Copy of the Death Certificate of the Juan
Dosdos who died on January 20, 1978 at Tabogon, Philippines,
______________________________________ and Pablo Dosdos who died on October 9,
2009 at Tabogon, Cebu, Philippines from the Philippine Statistics Authority and from the
Local Civil Registrar of Tabogon, Cebu, Philippines.

3. To secure documents from City/Municipal/Provincial Assessor and to facilitate payment of

transfer taxes.

4. We hereby authorize the City Assessor’s concern for the release of any personal
information relation to the ownership that may otherwise maybe protected;

5. To execute, sign, secure, file and obtain any and all documents as maybe requires or
necessary or proper to be done in order to give effect to in furtherance of the powers first
above given;

HEREBY, GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power an

authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and
about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby RATIFYING and CONFIRMING all that my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT
shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and virtue of these presents.
