This section is meant to offer you an overview of the entire learning experience, by

1. What was the added value you have perceived by experiencing an integrated and
complete learning experience (pre-course, core course and after-course)?

The experience has clarified the fact that strategy and planning in the current market trend
through performance management system controls and penalizes underperformance of a
system. Under a strategy management system, comprehensive and systematic resources
convert the static plans to strategic performance feedback for decision making to meet such
circumstance changes. The planning structure or strategic map works as framework to
evaluate, monitor or measure progress effectively, through arrangement of data accurately
increasing efficiency of HR functioning in the organisation.
The core course is the initiative to perceive knowledge based on structural framework that
evaluates, monitors and measures and utilizes data efficiently. Gaining such certification
guides to acquire relevant and accurate data eventually benefitting the people professionals. ).
An HR to reach specific goals, implements innovations to diversify strategies and plans to
reach goals.

2. What is the most important element you take out of this experience?

The important element throughout was the insight of the Healthcare Strategies and tools to
track data records. It is an effective implementation in healthcare management systems. The
principal metrics gives to track any major category, enhances patient’s experience and
satisfaction. For people professionals using strategic tools, the healthcare KPI dashboard is
representation to a complex facility in a simpler form. Analytical data provides insights in
working to enhance the decision-making process. It establishes to identify trends by
assessment of resource recorded, generates sustainable development. The people
professionals can spot and focus on the specific issues faced by tracking and detection. The
performance indicator in management system allocates resources, staffs and productivity
efficiently and according to needs without exploitation.
