Organisational learning strategy

Introduction

Organizational learning is the process of accumulating and disseminating

knowledge inside a company, as well as utilizing that knowledge to alter
strategy. Based on prior achievements and failures, an organizational learning
plan enables a corporation to continue learning, improving, and building new

focuses on the importance of organizational strategy and what strategy should
be adopted by the organization to accelerate their growth and progress.

it provides clear vision to the organization, helps them focus on their strategic
goal and increase the effectiveness and efficiency.
