(Auditors) Rules 2014.

Delhi, Lr.
3. Resolution passed at the 131 st Board of Directors meeting held on
13.12.2022.

ORDER:
1. In the letter 2ndread above, the CAG of India has appointed M/s. G S Madhava
Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants for audit of accounts of TSNPDCL for FY 2022-
23.

2. In the reference 3rd read above, the Board of Directors have fixed the audit fee
and out of pocket expenses to M/s. G S Madhava Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants
for audit of accounts of TSNPDCL for the FY 2022-23.

3. In pursuance of the above authorization, TSNPDCL pleased to fix the audit

fee of Rs.4,75,000/- (Rupees Four Lacs Seventy-Five Thousand only) plus GST at
applicable rate to M/s. G S Madhava Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants for audit of
accounts for the FY 2022-23.

4. M/s. G S Madhava Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants also sanctioned

reimbursement of TA/DA and out of pocket expenses on actual basis subject to
maximum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) for the above audit period.

5. The Pay Officer/TSNPDCL to arrange payment to M/s. G S Madhava Rao &

Co., Chartered Accountants after furnishing audit report for the FY 2022-23.
