WORK EXPERIENCE (reason why you resigned)

-My latest job was secretary at RV de leos construction. I didn’t put it on my resume due to personal
reasons. My father is the owner of the said company. I resigned to explore new opportunities and
challenges that align better with my long-term career goals. I have achieved significant milestones in my
current role and now looking for new challenges and projects to tackle.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AT WORK

-Providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, managers, or other team members,

including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Acting as the primary
point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls, responding to inquiries, and
relaying messages as appropriate. Keeping the office organized and running smoothly, managing office
supplies, and handling any administrative issues that may arise.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE ABOUT THE WORK

-I enjoyed the diverse range of tasks they handle daily. From scheduling appointments to organizing
events and managing paperwork, the job can offer a dynamic and engaging work environment.

WHAT DID YOU LIKE THE LEAST

-I occasionally find myself in the middle of conflicts or difficult situations between colleagues or clients,
which can be challenging to handle.

DESCRIBE THE MOST STRESSFUL INTERACTION YOU'VE HAD W/ YOUR MANAGER/SUP/TEAM MEMBER?
HOW DID YOU RESPOND?

-My manager has an urgent project that needs to be completed by the end of the day. He assumed that I
am aware of the deadline, but he hasn’t explicitly communicated it. I, on the other hand, is juggling
multiple tasks and prioritizing based on my understanding of the workload. As the day progresses, my
manager becomes increasingly anxious about the project's status and assumes that I am not taking it
seriously. I was unaware of the project's urgency, and continue to manage other tasks, assuming there is
no immediate pressure. By the end of the day, the manager discovered that the project hasn't been
completed, and tension builds during our interaction. I apologized for the miscommunication. And
worked on it right away. I realized I should feel comfortable seeking clarification when needed. Regular
check-ins and a collaborative approach to task management can help alleviate stress and improve the
working relationship between a secretary and their manager.s
