INTRODUCTION

As a part of my advance nursing practice I got posting in Chandoridhar, Sambalpur rural


area for the assessment and management of the health problems of the peoples in the
respected rural area. I was recruited mr. Samal Sai’s family. For improving my quality as
community health nurse I have assessed the family problems and suggested the solutions and
improved their knowledge regarding health.
