FIRST GRADUATE AFFIDAVIT

I, S.Rangan,S/o. Late. A.SellaDurai, Hindu, aged about 55 years,

residing at No.180 5th street Netaji Nagar, Tondiarpet, Chennai, Tamil
Nadu-600081, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:-

1. I state that I am the Deponent herein and the Permanent resident of

the above said address.

2. I state that I married Vasantha. R and due to wed-lock, we have

one daughter and two sons. The First daughter namely
RamyaKrishna. R born on 23.07.1996, the Second son namely
DharaniShankar. R born on 15.05.2003 and the Third son namely
Kannan. R born on 12.08.2004.
