Please find below the meeting notes of VCB, Intellect Design to follow up with Management members.

Agenda: To discuss and update the status of Project quality and AMC sign-off
Attendees
Project management participants from VCB, Intellect Design.
Discussion points
1. The top priority issues: 18 production tickets. After the discussion, both sides agree that all 18
issues are solved.
2. For the new case related to VCB big Customer (Sabeco, LG) 12805, the project team has
investigated and found the root cause, we have a plan to fix this issue on 25 Mar.
4. The performance issues: 12780: already deployed on UAT, VCB Mr. Dzung will verify and revert
the update. 12780 is solved and 12527 will be fixed at the end of Mar 2023.
5. Other issues:
a. Mobility, there is a problem with the display on iOS devices (Android devices are
displayed well). Next Monday Mr. Tuan VCB will simulate this issue with Suresh and Hai.
b. CR, there is no problem with CRs, Intellect Design team still working on delivery plan.
One CR need response from Bank side, Mr. Tuan will provide an update on this ticket.
6. Ms. Thuy VCB mentioned tickets on UAT environment and request Intellect Design team keep
updating the status in project report.
7. AMC contract, Ms. Thuy VCB has shared with Intellect team the assessment and approval
process from Bank side, she will keep updating to Intellect Design team on the evolution of this
process.
