We are pleased to offer free quarterly media testing for the life of all media. To
take advantage of this reporting please send samples from each media bed
that are removed as directed below.

Media Sampling Procedure

Most PureAir Filtration units are equipped with three (3) media sample ports and a media sampling
rod for media sampling. Follow the steps below for obtaining media samples.

1. Each media sample port is equipped with a CPVC ball valve. Open the ball valve.
2. Use the media sample rod to extract a sample of the media. Place media sample in a plastic
bag. (Sandwich size zip top bag is optimal)
3. Continue to extract samples until bag is filled.
4. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for each of the three media sample ports.
5. Ship the three media samples to PureAir Filtration for remaining life analysis. (See analysis
procedure located in Tab 4 of the submittal).

In addition to the media sampling procedure outlined above. The PureAir Filtration System is also
equipped with a media bed monitoring rod. The rod will provide a visual indication on the
remaining media life. (See information located in Tab 5 of the submittal for further detail).
