MANDARIN BILINGUAL SPECIALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide support to non-IT Departments that requires Mandarin proficiency skills.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
1. Proficient in Mandarin Language (written and oral)

BENEFITS:
1. 13th Month Pay
- Given every 20th of December. Rate used is full monthly salary.

2. 4 meals/day
- Includes free drinks, fruits, and snacks.

3. Birthday Gift Money


- 2,000 Pesos per year. Given only for Regular Employees. If the employee had his/her
birthday during the probationary period (3 months), then the employee will not have his/her
birthday gift money.

4. Team Building Fund


- 1,000 pesos per person per month. Not given on cash. Funds provided to Department Heads.
Not applicable during the pandemic.

5. Attendance Bonus
- 1,000 pesos per month. Provided, that the employee is present in his/her workplace for the
entire month. Availing leave, regardless if with pay or not, and having tardiness with
disqualify the employee from availing such bonus. Provided, that there is a 10 minutes grace
period for the employee for him to be considered late and disqualified.

14. Premium Pay


- Payment on Holiday Pays, Night Differentials, Rest Day Duty are included, except
Overtime Pay. Considering that the department head has asked the employee to work during
holidays and rest days.

Premium Rates are as follows:


Regular Holiday Pay +100% of daily rate
Special Holiday Pay +30% of daily rate
Rest Day Duty +130% of daily rate
Regular Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate
Special Holiday on Rest Day +150% of daily rate
Double Holiday +200%
Double Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate
Night Differential +10% of hourly rate

15. Government Mandated Benefits

16. Accommodation
- 4 pax per room, the employees require live in company dormitory who
can’t go back to home during the epidemic, after then they can go back
home according to their own decison.

17. Shuttle Service


- Shuttle service is provided to transport employees to their workplace
and back to their dormitories

Salary: 30,000 - 70,000
