Overview
Project management is a process that includes planning, putting the project plan into
action, and measuring progress and performance.
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports
- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual
responsibilities
- Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Functions
Responsible for the promotion and organization of various comprehensive affairs of the
department; responsible for IT rolling planning, IT technology architecture management,
research on new trends in IT digital operations, finding industry best practices and
applying them; responsible for the organization and management of the service desk,
and responsible for the establishment of IT System operation, maintenance and
management process, development and evaluation of the KPI indicator evaluation
system in the project department; responsible for the optimization and adjustment of
the department’s organizational structure and personnel recruitment, personnel training
and performance evaluation tracking; responsible for the development of department
budgets, the organization, promotion and management of major IT projects , To take the
lead in key milestone review meetings, quality audits, and acceptance inspections.
