6 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 6 PERSYARATAN UMUM

6.1 GENERAL
The contractor must ensure that all services under
the contract are performed according to a high
professional standard. When carrying out all these
services, the Contractor is obliged to use his own
professional and highly qualified personnel, if
according to the Client there are personnel who
are incompetent for their duties and responsibilities,
the Client will request the replacement of the
personnel referred to in writing and the Contractor
shall replace the said personnel. no later than 7
(seven) days from the date the written request is

the planning work to another party.

6.8 PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Contractor shall set-up a qualified project team
and assign a qualified project manager for the
scope of work.
The Client will approve the Project Manager for the
project.
Contractor personnel are obliged to attend all
meetings at EH's request for clarification on any
issues that may arise.
6.9 PROJECT CONTROLS
Progress reporting, schedule should be in
accordance with requirements and procedures
implemented by EH. The progress report shall be
based on the Contractor's detailed timeframe
which was made and submitted by the Contractor
in the proposal and updated in the first week after
the contract was issued. Progress reports should
also be updated weekly.
The Contractor's Project Manager and other key
personnel shall also ensure the required quality,
level of completeness and accuracy of all work
submitted by Contractor's personnel by signing off
on the work. This includes but is not limited to
updated documents, progress reports and
schedules.
EH will review the work performed by the
Contractor and monitor the progress made. Audits
will also be conducted from time to time by EH
personnel on the work performed by Contractor
personnel. The contractor must ensure that all work
is carried out in accordance with the quality
assurance program.
It is EH's contractual right to inspect the quality of
the Contractor's work during all stages of project
implementation and at all locations where the
Contractor's work will be carried out including his
own office if required.
The contractor must provide all necessary
assistance for EH to do so including all access rights.
Such approval checks shall not relieve the
Contractor of his obligations under the Contract.
Contractors are required to comply with Quality
Assurance requirements and comply with all
relevant documents.
6.10 DOCUMENT REVIEWS
The Client Project Team will review the draft of the

6.8 MANAJEMEN PROYEK

Manajer Proyek Kontraktor dan personel utama
lainnya juga harus memastikan mutu, tingkat

EH has the right to increase or decrease the scope
of the Contractor's work both in services and
facilities based on EH’s evaluation of the progress
and/or quality of the Contractor's work with
additions or subtractions in accordance with the
Contract value in accordance with project change
management procedures.

of the schedule for EH review and approval of the

pendukung yang diperlukan, evaluasi jadwal untuk
tinjauan EH dan persetujuan atas perintah
