RESOLUTION NO. 3A
SERIES 2022

Resolution authorizing the Barangay Treasurer MS. NORBERTA R. CAPONPON & PUNONG BARANGAY,
HON. NATHAN GABRONINO, of barangay Zone III, Sogod Southern Leyte, to withdraw the amount of
TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P21,000) for VOLLEYBALL SUMMER LEAGUE from the budget of
PALARONG PAMBARANGAY under SOCIAL INCLUSION MOOE of SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN chargeable
against 10% SK Fund.

WHEREAS, there is need to do some activities such as activity, INTER- BRGY VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan shall implement a more active and healthier youth.

WHEREAS, EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 58, SERIES OF 2021, under Section 13.3, “For contact sports, ONLY
intra-brgy games or tournaments shall be allowed. Further, all players must be twelve (12) years old and
above and should be fully vaccinated. Spectators or audience such games/tournaments must not exceed
70% outdoor venue capacity and still to observe the minimum public health standards.”

WHEREFORE, on mass motion of the council present be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved a Resolution authorizing the Barangay Treasurer MS. NORBERTA R.
CAPONPON & PUNONG BARANGAY, HON. NATHAN GABRONINO, of barangay Zone III, Sogod Southern
Leyte, to withdraw the amount of TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P21,000) for VOLLEYBALL
SUMMER LEAGUE from the budget of PALARONG PAMBARANGAY under SOCIAL INCLUSION MOOE of
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN chargeable against 10% SK Fund.

RESOLVED FINALLY, further copies of this resolution be furnished to DILG and to Barangay Treasurer for
immediate action.

Sangguniang Kabataan

I. ACTIVITIES/PROJECTS: VOLLEYBALL SUMMER TOURNAMENT

II. DATE AND VENUE
Barangay Zone III, Sogod Southern Leyte
June 14 – June 19, 2022

III. RATIONALE:
This project’s VOLLEYBALL SUMMER LEAGUE is designed to promote
wellness in physical and mental health among the youth. This project aims to sustain
physical health, sportsmanship in the community and the revitalization of the
mental health of the youth through active sports. The Katipunan ng Kabataan will
participate and shall cooperate in this said activity.

IV. OBJECTIVES:
These activities are aimed:
-To provide opportunity for better interaction among the youth.
-To generate physical activity amongst youth
-To rehabilitate the mental health of the youth caused by the COVID 19
PANDEMIC and SUPER TYPHOON ODETTE

V. CONTENTS
VI. PARTICIPANTS:
The Katipunan ng Kabataan that are fully vaccinated.

VII. FUNDING:
The fund of this activity shall be charged against 10% of the SK fund to
fund the activity VOLLEYBALL SUMMER LEAGUE from the budget PALARONG
PAMBARANGAY under Social Inclusion MOOE. The said project will require the
amount of TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P21,000)
