Irrespective of the Circuit Area in use, built-up areas especially Nieuw-Loosdrecht and Hilversum
should be avoided as much as possible.

CAUTION:
- Avoid overflying AD during GLD and parajumping activities.
- GLD flying may take place daily. The launching cable constitutes a dangerous obstacle
up to 2300' AAL.
- GLD launching areas must be avoided.
- Parachute jumping may take place, activity info by NOTAM.
- Grass cutting may take place at irregular times.
- Take care while taxiing due to possible roughness of terrain.

ACFT shall use the parking area marked by yellow markers numbered from 1 to 5.

Circuit Procedures RWY 31

1. On TKOF leg climb to 203’; while climbing turn left, providing this can be executed in a safe manner from
above mentioned height; stay within the RWY 31 Circuit Area and avoid overflying of Nieuw-Loosdrecht.
Fly horizontally at 703’ and turn to downwind leg, or leave the Circuit Area as depicted on chart 19-1A.

2. ACFT not able to execute the procedure as described in paragraph 1 (e.g. due to unfavourable proportions
between weight and climbing capacity) are to continue climb on TKOF leg and to follow the route indicated
as Alternative Exit 31 .
The following approach, should there be one, has to be executed according to the entry procedure as
depicted on the chart.

3. The circuit procedure and involved exit procedure as described in paragraph 1, are only to be executed
by pilots who are very familiar with local circumstances.
All other pilots have to follow the route indicated as Alternative Exit 31 .

4. TGLs on RWY 31 are only permitted if procedures in paragraph 1 are followed.

For the procedures on 19-1A/19-1B the following limits apply: 1. Pilots are requested to report over the reporting
points mentioned hereafter, including final.
Visibility 5 KM or more and ceiling 1500' SFC or above. Below
these limits the normal circuit procedures are applicable. 2. RWY 03, arriving from SE:
Two-way radio contact shall be established with TEXEL - Report over point ALFA at 1500'.
RADIO. - Proceed direct to point BRAVO; past BRAVO
Request during op hr DE KOOY TWR for crossing execute a continuous descent to final RWY 04.
clearance De Kooy CTR. 3. RWY 03, arriving from SW:
Reporting points: - Report over point CHARLIE at 1500'.
ALFA: 3 NM SE of Oosterend. - Start the descent for final RWY 03.
BRAVO: 2 NM SW of Oosterend.
CHARLIE: 4 NM SW of THR 03. 4. RWY 21, arriving from SE and De Kooy:
DELTA: Coast 2 NM NE of Oosterend. - Report over point ALFA at 1500'.
ECHO: 3 NM NE of THR 21. - Turn right via coastline to point DELTA.
- Turn left on a direct left hand base leg
and execute a continuous descent to final RWY 21.
Arrival Routes RWY 12/30
- Proceed to the AD at 1500' or above. 5. RWY 21, arriving from NE:
- Avoid built-up areas. - Report over point ECHO at 1500'.
- Join the standard circuit procedure. - Stay well clear of the built-up area (De

Descend to circuit altitude after passing the villages Oosterend and Oost.
Visual traffic circuits must be carried out within the shown areas appropriate to the RWY in use.
Traffic circuit altitude 1000'.
Joining and leaving the circuit shall take place in accordance with the rules of the standard circuit as laid down
in "Standard Traffic Circuit Procedure" (see section 3.2 Use of Aerodromes) except:
- RWY 21: After TKOF climb on RWY heading. At orange circuit marker make left hand turn to crosswind and
leave circuit as indicated on 19-1.
- RWY 03: After TKOF climb to 1000' on RWY heading. Leave the circuit as indicated on 19-1.
- RWY 30: Leave the circuit as indicated on 19-1.
The circuit area may not be overflown below 1500'.
The bird sanctuaries should not be overflown below 1000'.
Avoid overflying of built-up areas and dunes as much as possible. The marked areas must be avoided.
CAUTION: Parachute jumping may take place. Grass cutting at irregular times.
