It is submitted that, the direct to Tapedar concerned, to conduct spot inquiry in
respect of applicant Masmat Najma Div/o Masood D/o Allah Dino R/o Village Bhaledino Kaka Taluka
Saeedabad District Matiari.
After verification / spot inquiry has been reported that Masmat Najma Div/o Masood
D/o Allah Dino R/o Village Bhaledino Kaka she is still alive and Divorced on 06-10-2022.
It is further reported that, the recorded the statements of two notable / Responsible
persons namely (1) Abdul Aleem Kaka S/o Allah Warayo Kaka bearing CNIC No: 41301-2290246-9 (2)
Mr. Arbab Ali S/o Muhammad Mubeen bearing CNIC No: 41301-9646745-5 Both R/o Village
Bhaledino Kaka Taluka Saeedabad District Matiari. He stated that Masmat Najma Div/o Masood D/o
Allah Dino she is still alive, and Divorcee from her husband and she is poor/ needy lady. No any other
source of income.
In this connection that the father namely ALLAH Dino S/o Muhammad Ismail was
Retired Government Employee in Education Department, he expired on 15-12-2022. Heirship
Certificate issued by Mukhtiarkar Revenue by this office vide No. 36 dated: 21-06-2023 is Correct /
genuine.
