to issue of Writ of Certiorari call for the records relating to the
impugned order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.4343/tha.b/2021
dated 08.09.2022 and quash the same.

Prayer in WMP(MD). 22664/ 2022 :

To stay the operation of the impugned order of the 1st
respondent in Na.Ka.No.4343/tha.b/2021 dated 08.09.2022 pending
disposal of the Writ Petition.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon

perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and
upon hearing the arguments of M/S ALWIN BALAN.P.P, Advocate for the
petitioner and of Mr.N.Satheeskumar, Additional Government Pleader
for the respondents 1 to 3, the court made the following order:-

 Mr.N.Satheeskumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes
notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

2. Issue notice to the fourth respondent returnable by

20.11.2022. Private notice is also permitted.

3. The petitioner through his counsel gives an undertaking that

he would not encumber or alienate the property till the disposal of
the writ petition.

4. Recording the said undertaking, I grant an order of interim

stay.

5. Call this case on 25.01.2023 at 2.15 p.m.
