Writ Appeal filed praying that in the circumstances stated

therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be
pleased to set aside the order passed in WP(MD).No.14480/2013 dated
05.12.2019 on the file of this Honourable Madras High Court, Madurai
Bench and thus render justice.

Prayer in CMP(MD). 3875 OF 2021 :

To stay all further proceedings of the order passed in WP(MD).
No. 14480/2013 dated 05.12.2019 pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.

Prayer in WP(MD). 14480/ 2013 :

Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein
and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased
to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondnets to fix the
salary in the scale applicable to the petitioner from the date of
termination of pertitioner s service taking into consideration of
the increments due to the petitioner by sanctioning the same and
also to pay the arrears of salary arising thereon together with the
differnce in salary payable as per the scale of pay and the
consolidated payment of Rs. 3,000/- per month together with 12%
interest from the date of termination till the date of realization
within the stipulated period as prescribed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER :This appeal coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing
the appeal and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon
hearing the arguments of Mr.G.MURUGAN, Advocate for the Appellant,
