    Heard through Video Conferencing.

    Shri Sunil Jain, learned Senior counsel with Shri Kushagra Jain, learned
    counsel for the appellant.
    Shri Prabal Jain, learned Panel Lawyer for the respondent/State.
    After arguing for some time on the merits of the case, learned Senior

    counsel for the appellant seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this appeal
    filed under Section 14(A)(2) of SC/ST (PA) Act, 1989 for grant of
    anticipatory bail, looking to the provisions of Section 18 of the said Act, with
    liberty to surrender the appellant before trial Court and move an appeal for
    regular bail.
    Prayer is allowed.
    Accordingly, Cr.A. No.6158/2020 is hereby dismissed as withdrawn,
    by granting the aforesaid liberty to the appellant.
