कार्मिक एवं प्रशिक्षण विभाग, भारत सरकार के कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या एबी-14017/61/2008-
स्था(आर आर), दिनांक 13.10.2015 के अनुपालन में सभी संबंधितों/ पणधारियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि
क.रा.बी. निगम में सहायक नर्सिंग अधीक्षक के पद के लिए मौजूदा भर्ती विनियमों में परिशोधन का प्रस्ताव है।
In compliance of Department of Personnel & Training, Government of
India OM No. AB-14017/61/2008-Estt. (RR) dated 13.10.2015, it is informed to
all concerned/stakeholders that there is a proposal for amendment in the
existing recruitment regulations for the post of Assistant Nursing
Superintendent in ESI Corporation.
2. इसके साथ संलग्नक-I में सहायक नर्सिंग अधीक्षक के पद के लिए प्रस्तावित मसौदा भर्ती विनियम सभी
पणधारियों की टिप्पणियों के लिए कर्मचारी राज्‍य बीमा निगम की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट अर्थात
https://www.esic.nic.in/circulars पर डाल दिए गए है।
2. Proposed draft amendment recruitment regulations for the post of
Assistant Nursing Superintendent at ANNEXURE-I is put up herewith on the
official website of ESI Corporation i.e. https://www.esic.nic.in/circulars for
seeking comments of all the stakeholders.
3. भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित उक्त पद के लिए मौजूदा भर्ती विनियम की प्रति क.रा.बी.निगम की वेबसाइट
(www.esic.nic.in->Recruitment->RecruitmentRegulation कंसोल नंबर 88) पर उपलब्ध
है।
3. A copy of the existing recruitment regulations for the said post published
in the Gazette of India is available on the ESIC website (www.esic.nic.in-
>Recruitment->RecruitmentRegulation with console number 88).
4. यदि कोई टिप्पणी हो (समर्थक दस्तावेज के साथ, यदि उपलब्ध हो) तो इस कार्यालय ज्ञापन के जारी होने
की तिथि से 30 दिनों के भीतर अधोहस्ताक्षरी को ईमेल पते arjunlal.meena@esic.nic.in पर भेजी जा
सकती हैं । 30 दिनों के बाद इस मामले में किसी भी टिप्पणी/प्रतिवेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

EMPLOYEES’ STATE INSURANCE CORPORATION

(MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT)

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the ______, 2022

No. A-12011/21/2022-Med-VI.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 97, read with clause (xxi) of sub-section (2) and sub-section (2A) of the said section and
sub-section (2) and (3) of section 17 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the
Employees’ State Insurance Corporation hereby makes the following regulations, namely:-
1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These Regulations may be called the Employees’ State
Insurance Corporation (Nursing Officer, Senior Nursing Officer and Assistant Nursing
Superintendent), Amendment Recruitment Regulations, 2022.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule of Recruitment Regulations for the post of Assistant Nursing Superintendent
of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (Nursing Officer, Senior Nursing Officer and
Assistant Nursing Superintendent), Recruitment Regulations, 2022;

(i) In column (11) the words under the provision of by promotion; “Promotion from Senior
Nursing Officer with two years of regular service in level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay
matrix” shall be substituted with “Promotion from Senior Nursing Officer with four years of
regular service in level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) in the pay matrix.
(ii) In column (11) the words under the provision of by Deputation (including short-term
contract);
“(a) (ii) with two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular
basis in the level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100) or level-9 (Rs. 53100-167800) in the pay matrix in the
parent cadre or department” shall be substituted with “(a) (ii) with four years service in the
grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the level-8 (Rs. 47600-151100)
in the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department or two years service in the grade
rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the level-9 (Rs. 53100-167800) in
the pay matrix in the parent cadre or department”.
(iii) In column (11), after the end of Note 4, the following provision shall be inserted;
Note 5: The eligibility service for promotion for Senior Nursing Officer holding the post on
regular basis on the date of notification of the amendment recruitment regulations shall be
two years regular service in Level-8 in the (Rs. 47600-151100) in pay matrix.
