1. Online visa application form duly and filled and signed. The form can be filled, downloaded, and printed
from the website http://bio.visaforchina.cn/ISB2_EN/. Form will include:
a. 8 Pages with Signature on 8th page.
b. Signed Confirmation of Online Visa Application Letter.
c. Visa Appointment Confirmation Letter

2. Original current and previous Passport with a validity of at-least 6 months and 2 blank pages. Copies of data
page, Signature Page, Visa(s), Permits and entry/exit stamps of China, all Visa(s) and entry/exit Stamp(s) of
Afghanistan, Turkey, Syria, and Iraq (if travelled).
a. Foreign citizens/dual nationals, copy of recent entry stamp of Pakistan on Foreign Passport and China
Visa(s), Stay(s), Permit(s) and entry/exit Stamp(s) on Pakistani passport (if available).
b. Chinese Citizens who have obtained foreign citizenship must provide the photocopy of previous
Chinese Passport.

3. ONE passport size photograph (front shot, no head coverings, with white background, 33mm (width) and
48mm (height).

4. Readable copy of valid CNIC, NICOP or POC. Pakistani visa or E-visa for foreign nationals (duration of permit
should be Long Term Stay and more than 180 days)

5. Valid Police Character/Clearance Certificate attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of Pakistan
for applicants aged 14 and above, traveling to China for the first time or haven’t travelled during last 5 years.
a. Foreign citizen applying from Pakistan must provide original and Photocopy of Police
Character/Clearance Certificate issued from the Government Organization of their Citizenship
Country, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and China Embassy or General Consulate
of his/her Citizenship Country.

6. No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Travel Abroad by the applicant who serves in Pakistani federal or local
government organizations or other official institutions and holds an ordinary passport with a mark of
‘Government Officer’ or ‘Government Employee’.
