 No more watching movies for presently
 No more vocabulary, no more cheating with friends
 Google anything you like in English = Research
 Do not listen to music, Just listen to Acoustics piano version or
guitar.
Do not start anything new unless I post on my channel.
Repeat per day.

Step 2:
 Clean up your playlist file
 No more Social Media again, no more
 No watching shameless videos, photos, or whatever shameless
 Take notes, stick them on walls, and write your dreams on them


Changing the way of your habits within 7 days

Wake up early and go to bed early. I know some of you have school every day, University,
College, etc. If you want to do that, it is always on time. Finding a time and schedule is on your
own.

Leaving parties, no more attending extra clubs.

Choose your future Profession, University, or Career on Google.
Do not spend your money on an exhibition, always be home. Choose the interest that makes you
happy, and try to watch people think about what they are going to do. Reading some daily news
on BBC is a better way. Do not underestimate yourself. Always repeat them all 7 days in a row
