Whoever commits a crime under any of the following circumstances shall be sentenced to a

fixed-term imprisonment of 7 to 15 years:

1, Expropriation of property worth between 2 million and 500 million Vietnam dong.

2, Use natural disasters and epidemics to illegally acquire property

The penalty is 12 to 20 years' imprisonment if:

1, Embezzlement of property worth 500 million Vietnam dong or more

2, Take advantage of wars and emergencies.

Theft of company property refers to the behavior of employees secretly and privately occupying
company property. This is an illegal act and will be dealt with seriously in accordance with the
regulations, in addition, the theft of company property is also a violation of labor discipline.

According to Article 124 of the Labor Law 2019, there are currently four forms of dismissal labor
discipline:

applied in accordance with the company's labor regulations. In short, companies and
enterprises have the right to discipline and dismiss employees who steal property at work.
Will employees who steal company property go to jail?
Employees who steal company property worth more than 2 million Vietnam dong will not only
be dismissed as Labour discipline, but may also be fined under some circumstances.

After the production cadres and QC cadres confirm the scrapping on site, designate a dedicated
person to cut the scrapped products; full cutting of the upper/cutting of the insole at the waist.

Gather the cutting semi-finished products into scrap collection bags.

After on-site weighing, the warehouse personnel transport it to the scrap warehouse for
storage.

Warehouse personnel create scrap data reports and file them for record.

Based on customer requirements, transshipment disposal is carried out on a monthly basis.

QC inspects the finished product, determines if the product should be scrapped, and records
the scrapping situation.

Unify the scrapped products into the designated red basket

QC cadres review the scrapping situation before leaving work every day, register clearly the
size, color, quantity, and problems in the Scrapping List, and determine the responsible
department.

After confirming and reviewing the scrapped products, they will be transferred to the non-
conforming area for isolation and storage

The data needs to be updated every week and submitting it to QC supervisor/factory OM for
approval, after that, a dedicated person shall be designated to completely cut off the shoe
upper.

Transported by warehouse personnel to the scrap warehouse for storage

According to customer requirements, transshipment disposal is carried out on a monthly basis.

Overproduction management

After duty-off, the security personnel should check people in and out of the factory.

Employees who carry handbags when going out must proactively open the bag (excluding
personnel confidential items), security must check to ensure that they have not carried
company products before releasing.

When external personnel comes to the factory, they need internal personnel’s reception and
need to register in a standardized manner before entering the factory.

When external personnel leave the factory, they need to be checked by following the checking
standard for internal personnel.

Employees who go out by vehicle must proactively open the trunk, security must check to
ensure that they have not carried company products before releasing.

When external personnel comes to the factory by vehicle, the vehicle should be checked, and
they need internal personnel’s reception and need to register in a standardized manner before
entering the factory.
