Explain the meaning of health, safety and environment in the )1
?workplace
 Health: It is the state of being free from disease or injury, staying away from
everything that is harmful to health, and having the mental, social, and
physical ability to perform work. Gulf Petrochemical Services and Trade took
care of the health of its employees and provided them with a clinic and first
aid in the event of an injury. On the physical side, they were provided with
healthy food and a fitness room. From the psychological or mental side, Gulf
Petrochemical Services gives employees their salaries on time and also gives
them vacations to rest.
 Safety: It is protection or freedom from all types of hazards and hazards
associated with the workplace or following safe procedures to reduce risks.
Gulf Petrochemical Services and Trading Company provided a safe
environment for employees. It provided high-quality personal protective
equipment and set regulations and instructions in different languages to
reduce risks and spread awareness among employees of different
nationalities.
 Environment: Everything that is around us. It can be living or non-living
things such as water, soil, and air. The Gulf Petrochemical Services and Trade
Company policy with regards to environmental protection is to preserve
natural resources, and reduce any adverse impact on the environment. Gulf
Petrochemical Services and Trading Company encourages its employees to
plant trees in their work environment to reduce carbon dioxide and took care
of the cleanliness of the workplace and outside the workplace.
