SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY

STATEMENT OF HEALTH, SAFETY, SECURITY AND

ENVIRONMENT POLICY

The primary objective of a safety organization is to ensure and maintain Safety, Health
and welfare of all employees and to aim for a zero lost time accident rate. The
Management has drawn up comprehensive safety rules and regulations, which are
enshrined in the contract of employment and comply with relevant legislation and safety
regulations for the benefit of all our employees and subcontractors. The company takes a
serious view of those who violate safety regulations. They not only put themselves at
risk, but also expose and endanger the safety of others. The organization has taken
precautionary measures depending on the category of offence committed and all violators
are subject to disciplinary action.

The company will conduct its operations in such manner as to:

1. Ensure a healthy and safe working environment for company staff ad sub-
contractors staff alike.
2. Protect the public from injury and health hazard.
3. Prevent loss or damages to property.
4. Safeguard the natural environment.

In conducting their business activities employees of the company and its subcontractor
will strive to:

1. Prevent all occupational diseases.

2. Prevent accidents or injuries.
3. Prevent pollution of the environment.

Last but not least, it must be emphasized that safety is not the managements sole
responsibility. To achieve excellence in safety, we urged all employees and contractors to
be safety conscious and give their full commitment and support to safety requirements on
site.
