Your appointment will not be entertained if the appointment letter details do not match with the Biometric letter
issued by IRCC.

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the VAC may be implementing additional measures to ensure health and safety of
applicants. Your safety is our priority. As part of the precautionary measures, customers visiting our Visa
Application Centres may be subjected to body temperature checks to assess their health conditions and required
to wear a face mask. Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever (higher than 37.2 degrees
Celsius), cough and difficulty breathing will be advised to seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility
of their choice.  

Apart from the safety procedures conducted, please note that accompanying persons will not be allowed inside building
premises / Visa Application Centre.

Failure to attend allotted appointment: In an event that you are unable to attend your biometric appointment at the
allotted date and time, you will be blocked from requesting an appointment for 5 calendar days. After 5 calendar
days, you may raise a new request which will be served on a first come first serve basis.

Re-schedule or Cancel Appointment: Owing to the huge demand for biometric appointments, we will not be able
to entertain any request for re-schedule or cancellation of appointments. You are strongly suggested to adhere to
your allotted date and time failing which, your appointment request will be queued at the end.
