3 MINUTE STEP TEST

The “3-Minute Step Test” is designed to measure your aerobic fitness. It assesses your fitness level
based on how quickly your heart rate recovers after exercise. The more aerobically fit you are,
the quicker your heart rate will return to normal after exercise. To improve your score, engage in
cardiovascular exercise regularly. Cardiovascular exercise is any type of exercise that increases your
heart rate and requires your lungs to take in more oxygen.
