    Procedure for CP Backup

    1. Check the Cluster IP of Node.


    2. Go in the start Menu and type MSTSC in Run.
    3. Then type the username and password in the opened window(MSTSC). And also select
    the Node name on LOG ON TO.
    4. It will open the Remote node Window.
    5. Then go to
    ALL PROGRAMS--> ACCESSORIES-->SYSTEM TOOLS--> BACKUP
    6. It will open the Backup utility. If the Wizard mode get opened then click on the
    Advanced mode and it will be changed to advanced mode.
    7. Now there will be 4 Columns named
    Welcome, Backup, Restore and Manage Media, Schedule Jobs.
    8. Click on the Backup Coloumn and and it will show the Drives.
    9. Now for the CP Backup. Go to
    L Drive--> FMS--> DATA--> CPF--> RELVOLUMSW
    10. It will open the files in this RELVOLUMSW folder.
    Now select the folder RELFSW0 or RELFSW1 or RELFSW2 whose backup is to be taken
    on external media and its attribute file too like RELFSW0.attribute or
    RELFSW1.attribute or RELFSW2.attribute

    11. Now Click on the START BACKUP and Enter the Backup description and again click
    on the START BACKUP and the Backup will Start writing on the external media.

    Procedure for AP Backup

    1. Check the Cluster IP of Node.


    2. Go in the start Menu and type MSTSC in Run.
    3. Then type the username and password in the opened window(MSTSC). And also select

    5. Then go to

    10. Now Click on the START BACKUP and Enter the Backup description and again click
    on the START BACKUP and the Backup will Start writing on the external media.
