Subject: Appointment of Nodal agency/officer for meetings under DISHA Committee-reg.

The undersigned is directed to refer to the guidelines of DISHA (District Developmgnt

Coordination and Monitoring Committees) of Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) and to
state that Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is one of the schemes being
monitored under it.

2. ln this regard, Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has

approved the following persons to represent Skill Schemes in DISHA meetings.

i. A District level officer of the Skill Deoartment of the State Government.

ii. Nodal Industrial Training lnstitutes (lTls) can work as coordinating agency and support
the nodal officer appointed.

3. In view of above, all the concerned departments in the States/UTs are requested to
issue necessary directions for its immediate compliance.

4. This issues with the approval ot competenf authority.
