Sub: Guidelines for fontrarding cases involving financial matters'regd.

It has been observed that lDany cases seeking clarifications

involving financial matters are being received in thi6 office which does not
have the concurrence of CIFA and approval of CPI\{G.

2. I am directed to inform that all such references involving financial

matters muet have the concurrence of CIFA and approval of the Head of
the Circle. A note to thds effect must be written in the body of the reference
in aII such cases.
