Attention is invited to the note dtd.02.02.23 containing the Minutes of the


Meeting regarding Preparedness for Roll Out of e-Office (SPARROW) for Regular Officials of
DFCCIL FY 2022-23 onwards, which were circulated fbr infbrmation and turther course of
action by the Departments/Officers concerned as per the time schedules mentioned therein. So
far, no updates in the matter has been received in this office.

2. The Minutes of the Meeting are again attached herewith along with a column for
indicating the action taken by the Department/Officer concerned so far. It is stated that a review
meeting in the matter will be convened by MD in the first week of March and hence the action
taken may be indicated and sent to this office immediately so that the same can be compiled and
submitted accordingly.
